Wow! The EgoT has been selling like crazy!
We are hearing excellent feedback from our customers.
We did encounter a situation with over filling the tank however and wish to address that.
We had a customer burn out two atomizers and we got concerned so we discussed this immediately with our manufacturer to see what the problem could be. They have told us the that instructions they sent to us on filling the tank are incorrect/incomplete...so the correction on usage with the EgoT regarding filling is do not fill the tank completely, only fill 3/4 of the way to allow air flow through the tank. The tank cartridge needs air inside for the ejuice to drip properly on the atomizer when you inhale. We are now making all customers aware of this and demonstrating proper fill up!
So hopefully that will clear up any confusion out there for anyone that is using the tank!
